How can any entity claim to have 'jurisdiction' over you before you've been proven 'guilty' of anything and what facts has the prosecution given to the court to prove that any court has that jurisdiction? How can an entity claim to have jurisdcition over any area that only appears as lines and pictures drawn on a piece of paper? It's a fiction - the menu is not the meal, the map is not the territory.
