Mountain Man found guilty and hauled away in handcuffs

A few days ago we posted a story about this Mountain Man who was arrested for fishing. During his court appearance he demolished the judge while defending himself. Well he recently had his sentencing and these idiots found him guilty and took him away in handcuffs. But not before he had one last chance to again destroy the status quo. He was not even allowed to call up one witness.

He may be saying what is true in his heart but unfortunately the psycho control freaks who operate the court system won't listen to him. He does challenge them but maybe not in the right way for it to hit home - the judge obviously considers him a 'fringe' character and will not grant him a voice -  a legal challenge to the jurisdiction over him (unfortunately he would be compelled to use their legalese and procedures) should have been the first thing he came out with.

Marc Steven's No State Project Nov. 16, 2013 Helen's Ticket Kicked, no evidence laws apply

No State Project for Nov. 16, 2013, Helen and Fabrice from West Sussex, England join us to report the traffic ticket against Helen finally getting kicked out. Helen stuck to just asking for evidence the laws applied. While "the law applies to everyone" is a popular delusion, there is no evidence to prove it. Not only was the ticket kicked out, Helen was awarded costs.

Now this is a particularly interesting case as it's local and most definitely apples to the UK (the 'Realm').
Helen had a traffic ticket to fight and went 9 (!) rounds with the Crown/Realm before winning handsomely and then getting her costs paid.
Helen and Fabrice (her McKenzie friend) appear at about the 12min 30 mark. The basis of Helen's challenge to jurisdiction was whether the 'laws' of the UK applied to Helen simply because she was physically 'in' the UK at the moment when the 'obligation' was created.

What is the UK? what created it? do you live in the district? the borough? And is your property liable to be rated based on the characteristics of your property? Please double check me, but I cant see that this thing applies to private domestic property anywhere (as we all suspect). Remember, they are worried about 'commerce' - that's their turf! (potentially)

The eternal question as explored by El Spaniardo at length. The claim that anyone has jursidiction over any part of your life is an important one. and worth studying in depth. How can any entity claim to have 'jurisdiction' over you before you've been proven 'guilty' of anything and what facts has the prosecution given to the court to prove that any court has that jurisdiction? How can an entity claim to have jurisdcition over any area that only appears as lines and pictures drawn on a piece of paper? It's a fiction - the menu is not the meal, the map is not the territory.

Plea of Guilty - Tool For Getting Tickets Kicked Out

'This is a a tool I've been using for years and it has proven to be very effective. With the unsigned plea of guilty you'll be able to get judges to commit three major fundamental fairness/due process violations at an arraignment in less than three minutes (this does not mean a ticket will always get kicked). This is evidence the courts are run by criminals. We can predict their behavior and replicate results regardless of political boundaries. A template is available for download at my website. Please make sure you edit it appropriately if you intend on using it.

By intending on pleading guilty and asking for evidence the prosecutor is supposed to have anyway, we expose the judge for the criminal they are when he/she predictably refuse to address the issue of jurisdiction. He/she will lie claiming jurisdiction is a trial issue. Instead of discussing the evidence, in anger they will enter a plea of not guilty over your objection. The judge may only enter a plea of not guilty when you refuse to plea or when a plea cannot be ascertained. The unsigned plea of guilty proves he's lying and just covering up for the prosecutor, his/her accomplice.

The three errors, in addition to his lying about jurisdiction being a trial issue, are:

1. They lie that you are refusing to plea.

2. They assume jurisdiction and an essential element of the crime (applicability of the code) on behalf of the prosecutor.

3. They adamantly refuse to presume innocence.

When the psychopath screams at you to take your pretrial date and leave, you can object, point out his lies and put him in a real bind by asking: Can you please explain how you can assume the laws apply to me at the same time you're supposed to presume innocence?

You won't get an answer, probably just a threat of contempt. By contempt is meant you caught the judge being deliberately unfair and prejudicial to you and he has no defense other then threatening violence.

You can file a motion to disqualify the judge and vacate the plea using the three issues above and the fact he is lying about jurisdiction being a trial error. I'd use it as a basis for a complaint to the presiding judge, the judicial conduct commission, the supreme court and to the municipality's insurance carrier.

 The excellent Marc Stevens demonstrates his method for exploring the issues of jurisdiction at a pre-trial hearing and the judge entering a plea on your behalf in court. This  will lead subsequently to your being able to challenge this as being applicable to you as evidential fact, which of course cannot be proven if you ask what, why, where, when and how it became applicable.

A Call To Voter Registration

Now some of us are getting these funny looking forms through the door addressed to 'The Legal Occupier' (whoever that is) telling us we have to 'register to vote' or we'll be fined £1000. Now I compare voting to pushing those little buttons you find on poles next to alleged 'pedestrian crossings'. They hardly ever work at busy intersections, the lights are always rigged in favour of the motorist and their only purpose seems to be giving you the illusion that pushing a button will change something for you and deliver a result in your favour. Here we have a call to the local council that actually raises a statute (HERE) which of course can only apply to persons who work for that dead entity/corporation and cannot apply to any living man or woman.

Kent Freedom Movement @ the Bank of England "Roadshow" on Polymer banknotes

'The Bank of England go on a public consultation programme to gauge public opinion on the polymer banknotes due to be issued in 2016. The KFM take this opportunity to ask why doesn't the Treasury simply issue it's own currency interest free through the bank of England. This simple process would eliminate our "national debt" as the need to borrow money would be eliminated. There is precedent for this as the Treasury did issue the "Bradbury Pound" in 1913. The banksters put a stop to this and we are now under massive unnecessary national debt, leading to austerity, unemployment and poverty. Time the monetary system worked for us and not against us.'

KFMers attempt to grill BofE rep as to why the Bank doesn't issue its own money on behalf of the nation, find out that they (BofE) reckon the bank is owned by the public and not in  private hands etc. before getting hassled by the usual security drone about filming there.
