Very interesting info especially if you have young children in your family - Karl tells of his experiences getting back the 'property' of the individual from the state by unravelling their legalese gobbledygook claims and breaking down the response to a very few words. Allegedly a couple of sentences usually suffices to establish that you are a living man or woman, that the state cannot take away your property without good cause, and that you require that property to be returned to you immediately.
