 I would like to introduce you to an idea called The Darkcity Phoenix Tears Compassion Club.
 Over the last few weeks many have asked how they could help to do something to get Rick Simpson`s Oil (RSO) to those that need it, this was the birth of the idea for the Compassion Club to bring many of those individuals together.
 Unfortunately in the world that we live in, the divided nature of society would not normally allow such an idea to progress. However our investigation soon found that this idea was a real possibility under Spanish privacy laws. Could we have found a government which was at least sensible regarding the use of Cannabis? Yes was the answer.
 Building The Foundation would cost approximately 30,000 Euros to open and operate for twelve months, thats 100 people at 300 Euros each or 1 at 30,000 Euros. It is very difficult within our current society to get funding for research or development for cures.   If you have done any investigation into cannabis you will know that the research and development has already begun and there are individuals with the skills required.
 The Foundation begun on the 9th of July 2013. The idea was opened to all by the first of the donations. To become a Founder of the Darkcity Phoenix Tears Compassion Club and part of history.
 This is a small amount when you consider what we will be able to achieve. Now there are hundreds asking for RSO, unfortunately I don't know what more can be done without your help in bringing this idea into our reality.

Stage 1: Building The Foundation

Step 1: Before we can offer membership to the Compassion Club which under Spanish law would be known as an Assocation we must first have the Association. This is not an expensive item but involves a whole lot of paperwork.

 Step 2: Rent a Property suitable for the production and dispensation of medication, as under Spanish privacy laws all things done in private remain private.

Step 3: Fixtures and fittings. Making the acquired property suitable which will include a reception area, a social area and a production area.

Step 4/Stage 2: Open membership. At that point membership would be available worldwide and the doors to the first Compassion Club would be open providing it's first home in Spain. This Club will then be used to generate members and income propelling us into Stage 2.

 Stage 2: Acquiring a suitable property to house the Rick Simpson Seed bank with full development, testing and research capabilities and of course, production of Rick Simpson's Oil which should be available almost immediately after completing Stage 2.

By making this campaign successful, you will be helping Rick Simpson to fulfil his dream of producing high quality, healing cannabis oil to give to those who need it and to supplying seeds worldwide in a NON-PROFIT environment without fear of legal retribution.

Campaign Goals The aim of this Campaign is to finance Rick Simpson in creating a cannabis seed bank of medical cannabis strains recommended for the production of RSO and a cannabis association to allow rick to legally produce RSO and supply RSO treatment to those who need it most.

Why a Seedbank? Rick Simpson wants to provide the correct medical cannabis seeds of selected strains to anyone who is looking to treat their severe medical ailments with RSO. He says the only way to know you're getting the best produce, is to make it yourself.

Why Spain? Because Spain has quite a sensible approach to the medical cannabis issue in which it allows private non profit associations to provide its members with cannabis for medical or even recreational use.
