Time to Abandon High Street Banks?

A campaign has been launched in the UK to help consumers close their accounts at high street banks in protest over wreckless and unethical banking practices. Move Your Money UK says community based banks and co-operatives are a better and safer way of keeping track of your savings, and despite promises of changing the big banks are still profiteering as before.
