'A follow up phone call to Arun District Council to ask for evidence to be provided to prove that council tax (enforced under the Local Government Finance Act 2012) is applicable.'And round and round and round we go...trying to get them to prove unequivocally that there is a liability via contract to pay CTax, not just 'because we say so'.
