The well-known South African researcher into the origins of Mankind Michael Tellinger is fighting the Freeman battle in his home country against a bank who allege that he has defaulted on his mortgage payments. Michael has challenged this in court and claims that the bank perpetrated fraud on him by not disclosing the full nature of the contract for a Home Loan agreement to which he attached his signature.
Michael now wants to go to trial and bring in expert witnesses to testify as to how the banks really operate. His argument is that he has already paid off the loan, the bank lent him no 'money' and that the bank has already made a substantial profit effectively from his signature by selling on the original documentation which they now cannot produce.
