On Day 54 of the Balcombe Blockade (Mon 16th Sept 2013) West Sussex County Council sought a Court Order to evict the Balcombe Protectors from their camp. Mrs Justice Lang presiding quickly ruled that the WSCC deposition was 'flawed'; effectively sanctioning the right of the Balcombe Protectors to protest against the Shale Gas / FRACKing agenda.Ian R Crane shares his experience of the court victory.
